Mushishima — Secured Feedstock
Jimbe Minerals has secured exclusive access to qualifying copper-bearing material from the Mushishima Tailings as the initial feedstock base for its planned processing operation, subject to applicable contractual, technical, environmental and regulatory requirements.
The indicative quantity of material covered by the feedstock arrangement is more than 35 million tonnes. This figure remains subject to independent verification, sampling, assay and technical assessment.
From Feedstock to Copper
Jimbe Minerals is developing a phased copper processing operation designed to convert qualifying copper-bearing feedstock into saleable copper products.

Nampundwe Copper Project
Nampundwe is a copper-bearing project in the Chief Shakumbila area of Shibuyunji District, Lusaka Province, Zambia, being advanced through phased geological, technical and development work.
The wider area has been investigated for copper and sulphide mineralisation since the late 1960s. The appropriate mining and processing sequence will be determined following further work.

Principal Long-Term Development Asset
Jimbe is the Company's principal long-term mineral development asset in North-Western Zambia, held under a 249 km² Large-Scale Mining Licence — valid to 2039.
The project is being advanced through staged geological, technical and development work. It is not an operating mine.
